Everything was simply great. The total stay was comfortable on the weekend. The hotel had a central position so close to trains at night/morning and Close to great bars restaurants. It also was close to transport links👍👌

The units were well-equipped and brand-new on level 1. It includes a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron.

Our room was a great size, complete with a bathroom that had both a bath and a shower, plus a super comfy bed. We paid $684 for our stay. the electric kettle, fridge, and glassware were really convenient too. ☕️.

I loved the warm, inviting ambience and decor of the foyer, bar and public areas. Very comfortable bed and I had a great night's sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, distinctive, unlike a standard hotel room.

I would've like a ramp instead of stairs up to the main entrance as I am a solo female traveller and had to carry my luggage up & down the stairs. While there are only a few stairs, it's enough to be inconvenient.

This hotel features immaculate, stylish units with great views and is perfectly situated in a central location.

The location in a nice quiet area was absolutely perfect and there were a shopping street and a market nearby. My room was extremely pleasant and nicely furnished with shower and the bar, as example, and the check-out was late. The breakfast was rich, the check in was early.

I Loved the location, it was close to my favourite restaurants. Staff were friendly and the hotel was small and had a homely feel to it. Love the fireplace and the snooker table.

I think the rooms could be updated a little. Our bathroom door was rattling throughout the night. Our room keycard did not work and we had to use a "key". The bathroom floor got wet everytime I took a shower.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short 10-15 minute walk from the town center, and the staff is friendly while offering a delicious and varied breakfast. Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

Good size clean comfortable room and easily accessed via stairs.

I like the location in relation tothe city, the ease of getting around and the fact that it is close to trams and trains. I enjoyed the friendly service and ambience.

This hotel offers a quick check-in process, stylish new rooms with all the amenities, a comfortable bed, and a mini bar, all while being conveniently located close to popular spots like Federation Square, Southbank.

It was a boutique hotel, close to all the facilities we wanted to access.

Some of the towels were a bit old - holes in them and we had to ask for spoons so we could have a hot drink. we also had to ask to get our room made up, nit completed by 2.30p.m. Just some small things

Great breakfast, very good personable staff.

Our room was right next to a car park and there was machinery noise right through the night. Also, the hotel was WAY too heated.

I had a great stay for two nights. the restaurant here was nice for lunch. I really have no complaints; this venue met all my needs, and I can't recommend it highly enough. 👍.
